Sausages
With the exception 'Hot & Sweet Italian' and both forms of 'Boerewors' our sausages are made from a mixture of more than 80% meat blended with seasonings, rusk and water. The 'Boerewors' and 'Italian' sausages contain no rusk filler, and use vinegar and wine respectively as a replacement for the water content.
- the blended ingredients are then 'stuffed' into natural sheep casings.
- the sausages are sold in packs of eight which are each in the region of 500 - 600 grammes.

English Bangers
A pork sausage with seasoning prepared from, salt, pepper, ginger, mace, sage and nutmeg. The mace in this sausage gives it a very indivual flavour.
Fine Pork
A mild flavoured pork sausage prepared from the same ingredients as English Bangers but in wildly different proportions. One of our more poular sausages.
Cumberland
A traditional pork sausage from the Cumbrian region of the Nw. of Endland. The seasoning is prepared from a variety of spices and herbs which give the sausage a predominantly peppery flavour.
Lincolnshire
A distinctive and traditional pork sausage originating from the Eastern English county of Llincolnshire. This sausage, unusually, is dominated by the flavour of its herbs rather than its spices, the smack of sage being prevalent.

Beef & Lamb
A sausage containing no pork products made from beef and lamb in equal proportions, flavoured with coriander and a hint of garlic.
Boerewors
From the Afrikaans for 'Farmers Sausage', Boerewors is a sausage without filler prepared from a melange of spice and having the distict flavour of coriander and vinegar. Our Boerwors is pork and beef in a 50/50 ratio.
Spicy Boerewors
As above with a touch of cayenne pepper to add piquancy.
Pork & Beef
This is a very mild 50% pork/ 50% beef sausage which we have introduced into our range in order to cater to the taste of local Azerbaijanis. On the first tasting it met with great approval.
