Natural sheep casings are not uniform in diameter and we stuff the sausages and link them by hand. Since we are not machines, it is not possible to make each sausage the same weight. Whilst we target each pack of 8 sausages to be 500+ grammes the individual pack weights vary considerably, however you will will only be charged based on the actual weight you receive. In short, on receipt of your order will give you an estimate of the cost which will be updated to an invoice when your order is complete.
