Having achieved a fair degree of success with our line of sausages, and having truly been bitten by 'the bug' we decided to try our hand at producing some other typically British products and entered the world of pie-making. Animated by his early life experiences in both Scotland and Cornwall, Gerry developed a craving for some of the delectable comestibles from those areas, notably theCornish Pasty, the Forfar Bridie and the humble Scotch Pie. So, it was to be pie-making which would further our journey into the world of ex-pat supplies and Gerry already had more than twenty years experience in making traditional Cornish Pasties. Extensive research and a bit of experimentation led us to the traditional but original recipes for the other items we are currrently producing. Our regional pies, like the sausages, are prepared by hand from the finest quality ingredients encased in a variety of tasty home made pastries. We have tried as much as possible to adhere to the traditional recipes but unfortunately where certain items are not locally available we have had to make substitutions.
