With the exception 'Hot & Sweet Italian' and both forms of 'Boerewors' our sausages are made from a mixture of more than 80% meat blended with seasonings, rusk and water. The 'Boerewors' and 'Italian' sausages contain no rusk filler, and use vinegar and wine respectively as a replacement for the water content.
- the blended ingredients are then 'stuffed' into natural sheep casings.
- the sausages are sold in packs of eight which are each in the region of 500 - 600 grammes.
